The person who comes out is the same person who orders your floor, lines up the installers and checks the finished work. You won’t get handed off to someone new halfway through.

How to Get Ready
You don’t need to do much. A few things make the visit faster and the price more accurate:
- Know which rooms you want done, even roughly
- Save a few photos of floors you like
- Think about timing, like a move-in date or holidays
- Mention any leaks, squeaks or soft spots
- Clear a path to the rooms we’ll measure
- Have your claim number handy if insurance is involved

After the Visit
Take your time with the written price. If you say yes, we order the floor and give you the schedule in writing before work starts. Our installers are local people we’ve worked with for years, and the same person who measured your home checks the finished floor.
Working with insurance after a leak? We’ll talk with your adjuster and give them the measurements and quote they need. You handle the claim itself. See water-damaged floors for more.

Do You Measure Small Jobs?
Yes. One bedroom, one bathroom or one set of stairs gets the same visit and the same person as a whole house.
Can You Come in the Evening or on a Weekend?
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Evening and weekend appointments are available on request.
