The Showroom Is About 25 Minutes From Waunakee

Waunakee is north of Madison, up Highway 113 or out Highway 19 from the interstate. Our showroom is on the east side of Madison, about 25 minutes away. That’s why nearly every Waunakee project starts with us at your house, samples in hand.
What We See in Waunakee Houses
Waunakee has grown fast and most of the housing is newer. North Ridge Estates, Savannah Village, Kilkenny Farms, Westbridge, Arboretum Village and Heritage Hills are full of two-stories and ranches from the 2000s and 2010s. The first wave of those homes is now ten to twenty years old, and the builder’s carpet and vinyl are worn through in the kitchen and family room. Open-concept main floors are the norm here, so the usual job is one floor across the whole first level.
The older side of the village, Castle Crest, Castle Creek and Dormal Heights from the 70s and 80s, plus Centennial Heights and Six Mile Creek from the 90s, is a different story. Smaller rooms, more doorways, and often oak under the carpet. We check before we quote.
Creekside and Ashlawn are the condo communities people ask about. Association rules on underlayment and work hours are normal there and we plan for them.
Waunakee is one school district, Waunakee Community, with a new middle school opening in fall 2026. Families moving in for the schools often refresh floors right after closing. Call before the move and we’ll have samples ready for your walkthrough.
The business side is NORD Gear, Uniek, Octopi Brewing and the shops around the Village Center on Main Street. Office and showroom floors go through our commercial side, after hours when it has to be.
How a Waunakee Project Goes
Call, text or email us about the house. We come out, measure every room on the main level, check the subfloor, and go through samples with you. One written price before anything is ordered. Whole-first-floor jobs are our bread and butter here.
Local installers we’ve worked with for years do the install. One Harmony coordinator schedules tear-out, haul-away, furniture, install and cleanup, then checks the finished floor. If a leak wrecked your floor, we’ll talk to your insurance adjuster and give them the numbers they need.

Do you come out to Waunakee?

How far is your showroom from Waunakee?

Can you do one floor across the whole main level?
Yes, and in Waunakee that’s the most common job we do. Vinyl plank or engineered hardwood, run room to room without transitions. We measure every room and give you one price.
Our Waunakee house is about 15 years old and the floors are worn. Replace or wait?
