The Showroom Is About 20 Minutes From Verona
2125 S. Stoughton Rd, Madison, WI 53716. Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Evening and weekend appointments available on request.
Verona is southwest of Madison, out Verona Road past the Beltline. From our showroom on South Stoughton Road it’s about 20 minutes, 25 at rush hour. We come to you for the first visit, so the drive is ours, not yours.
What We See in Verona Houses
Verona nearly doubled in size after the big tech campus opened in 2005, and the housing shows it. Cathedral Point, Westridge Estates, Military Ridge and the first phases of Kettle Creek were built in the late 90s and 2000s. Many of those homes still have their original builder-grade carpet and vinyl, and it’s done. This is the most common Verona call we get: replace the whole main floor, usually with vinyl plank, and recarpet the bedrooms.
Ardent Glen, Kettle Creek North and Hometown Grove are still going up. Some owners call us before they close to swap the builder’s standard floor for something they actually want. We can quote off the plans.
Then there’s old Verona. Cross Country Heights, Sokoloski and the blocks around Main Street have 1960s to 1980s ranches and two-stories, often with hardwood under the carpet. We check before you buy anything.
Verona has plenty of townhomes and condos too, like Kettle Creek, Glacier Pointe, Prairie View and Sawgrass. Sound underlayment and work hours come up in most of them. We’ve handled those rules before.
Most of Verona is in the Verona Area School District, with a few addresses in Madison schools. The business side is the clinics and offices along Verona Road and McKee Road, and the shops on Main Street. That work goes through our commercial side, phased so the building keeps running.
How a Verona Project Goes
Call, text or email us about the house. We come out, measure, check the subfloor and the basement, and go through samples at your kitchen table. You get one written price before anything is ordered. Finished basements come up a lot in Verona’s newer subdivisions, so we always check the slab for moisture first.
Local installers we’ve worked with for years do the install. One Harmony coordinator handles tear-out, haul-away, furniture, install and cleanup, then checks the finished floor. If a leak or an appliance failure wrecked your floor, we’ll talk to your insurance adjuster for you.
Two-income households with kids and dogs are most of Verona. If that’s your house, the online visualizer is a fast way to narrow it down after bedtime. Snap a photo of the room and try the floors.

Our Verona house still has the builder’s carpet and vinyl. What do most people replace it with?
Vinyl plank on the main floor and new carpet in the bedrooms. That’s the most common Verona job we do. It handles kids, dogs and spills, and it goes in fast.

Yes. Vinyl plank, tile or a below-grade carpet. We test the slab for moisture first. Read our basement flooring guide.
My floor was damaged by a leak. Do you work with insurance?
Yes. We’ll talk to your insurance adjuster and give them the measurements and quote they need. You handle the claim itself.
Do you handle Verona condos and townhomes?
Yes. Kettle Creek, Glacier Pointe, Prairie View, Sawgrass and others. We use sound-rated underlayment where the association requires it and work inside the building’s hours.
