The Showroom Is About 20 Minutes From Oregon

Oregon is south of Madison, out Highway 14 past the Beltline. From our showroom on South Stoughton Road it’s about 20 minutes. Most Oregon customers have us come to them first and save the showroom trip for the final pick.
What We See in Oregon Houses
Oregon is a Main Street town with new subdivisions wrapped around it. The blocks near downtown, along Main, Janesville, Lincoln and Jefferson streets, have the old village houses, some over a hundred years old. Original floors, uneven subfloors and odd-shaped rooms are normal there. We measure carefully and we tell you what the subfloor needs before anything goes on top of it.
Netherwood Heights, Forest View, Hillview Heights and Greenacre Heights are the established neighborhoods, with ranches and two-stories from the 70s through the 90s. Many still have hardwood under the carpet. Windcrest, Alpine Meadows and the Bergamont golf community are the newer side, with bigger open-concept homes from the 2000s on. The oldest of those are due for their first main-floor replacement.
Condos and townhomes are a steady part of Oregon too: Villages of Foxboro, Autumn Wood Greens, Heather Grove, Rustic Meadows and the Alpine Meadows condos. Association rules on underlayment and work hours come up, and we handle them.
Oregon is one school district, Oregon School District, and most residents commute into Madison. That means we do a lot of evening and weekend appointments here. The commercial side is small and sits on Main Street and Perry Parkway. Those jobs go through our commercial side.
How an Oregon Project Goes
Call, text or email us about the house. We come out, measure, check the subfloor, and go through samples at your kitchen table. One written price before anything is ordered. In the older village houses we also tell you if the subfloor needs leveling first, and what that means for the schedule.
Local installers we’ve worked with for years do the install. One Harmony coordinator lines up tear-out, haul-away, furniture, install and cleanup, then checks the finished floor. If a leak wrecked your floor, we’ll talk to your insurance adjuster and give them what they need.
To try a floor in your own room before you decide, use our online visualizer with a photo of the room, then borrow the samples that made the cut.

Our house near downtown Oregon is over 100 years old. Can you still put in new flooring?
Yes. Old village houses usually need some subfloor work first, and we tell you that up front. Then hardwood, vinyl plank or carpet all work. We’ve done plenty of them.
What’s the best floor for an Oregon basement?
Vinyl plank, tile or a carpet made for below grade. We test the slab for moisture first. Read our basement flooring guide.
My floor was damaged by a leak. Do you work with insurance?
Yes. We’ll talk to your insurance adjuster and give them the measurements and quote they need. You handle the claim itself.
Do you handle Oregon condos and townhomes?
Yes. Villages of Foxboro, Autumn Wood Greens, Heather Grove, Rustic Meadows and the rest. Sound-rated underlayment where the association requires it, and we work inside the building’s hours.
